Pastor Tim, his wife Lyndol and their three daughters returned home to Tucson from Canada with a passion to begin a new church in Tucson’s Northwest side. With no capital and a family of five we would begin this journey and calling from God, with a borrowed home, no financial backing and four families who shared our vision.

The task at hand seemed large, yet we were certain that God wanted to build a Bible Believing, Soul Seeking church and for some reason He had chosen us to do it!

We would spend eight long months developing prayer partners, orchestrating a prospect list and looking for breathing bodies to join our cause. After one year of numerous prayer meeting, tears, joys and triumphs we would hold our first service with over 40 in attendance. We would continue our services, meeting monthly, for the next six months until September of 1997 when we begin our weekly services.

Passionate about reaching the lost and unchurched, many came to Christ and were baptized in that first year and continue to do so today.

To this date we own our own facility, have services on Saturday night and two on Sunday morning averaging approximately 600 in attendance, many of which have become New Believers and demonstrated their love for Jesus through water baptism.
